Since opening in May of 2017, Chatham Filling Station has earned a reputation for serving the best breakfast in Chatham, MA. Owned and operated by Rik and Caren Morse, the previous owners of both Chatham Bakery and Zia Pizzeria, our Chatham restaurant pairs a fun and funky atmosphere with artfully-prepared, homemade food.
At Chatham Filling Station, located just off the rotary in downtown Chatham, you’ll find a convivial atmosphere in a sun-filled space that’s teeming with vintage memorabilia from the era of great roadside diners. A hand-painted mural by Helen Kelsey celebrating ‘old Cape Cod’ fills an entire wall of our breakfast place in Chatham.
Breakfast is served all day. Lunch is available from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. during the winter and spring. Sundays breakfast only until 1:00 p.m. Both menus feature a mix of stick-to-your-ribs comfort food, many with a southern “root food” twist, and healthy options.
For breakfast, choose the Filling Station Sandwich – which the Cape Cod Times called “phenomenal” – served on house-made biscuit, or one of our creative takes on eggs Benedict. Our lunch menu includes an array of burgers and sandwiches, salads, and a “Hot Plate Menu” with specialties such as Mississippi Pot Roast, and Gulf Coast Chicken & Rice Stew served with a side of grilled, homemade cornbread.
Whether you’re looking to fuel up with a quick breakfast before a day of exploring Cape Cod or enjoy a leisurely lunch with a glass of wine or a locally-brewed beer, Chatham Filling Station will prove absolutely perfect.
